Window View 1 study oil 10x8 Please contact me for purchase information.
For two weeks we have thrived in glorious sunshine and the spectacular landscapes of Mt Desert Island, Maine, where my husband's great grandfather built a summer camp originally intended to be dismantled ever year. The house stands as it was in 1883, with minimal upgrades-only necessary maintenance. I relish the time here to restore my appreciation and gratitude for this precious gift. Here is the beginning of a new series of views through windows, looking out and in at this wonderful place. I will post small studies as they are completed intermixed with other landscapes and still life paintings of rural coastal New England subjects. Thank you for your loyal following of my irregularly timed postings. I would love to hear your questions and comments: firstname.lastname@example.org
